Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. Dripping taps, faulty toilets, radiator leaks, sockets and other smaller repair enquiries are welcome. Call and tell us what needs attention.
Do you work on homes and business premises?
Yes. We welcome domestic and commercial enquiries. Tell us about the premises, equipment and work needed so we can confirm the scope, suitability and access arrangements. Specialist systems and commercial gas work need the relevant qualification checks first.
Can I get a quote before work starts?
We discuss the proposed work and charges before proceeding. Some faults need an investigation before the full repair can be quoted; the diagnostic visit is agreed first. Any additional work is discussed separately.
Can you help with something urgent?
Call to check current availability. Attendance depends on your location, the type of problem and existing bookings. We do not promise a fixed arrival time before speaking with you.
Are repairs included in an EICR?
An Electrical Installation Condition Report covers the agreed inspection and testing. A satisfactory outcome is not guaranteed. Repairs or further investigation outside that scope are discussed and quoted separately.
