Make access straightforward
Provide the postcode, property type, appliance details and the agreed point of contact for access. Tell us if the property is occupied and whether any restrictions affect the appointment.
Reports and repairs are separate
An inspection records its findings; it is not a guarantee of a satisfactory outcome. If faults are found, additional repairs or investigations are discussed and quoted separately rather than treated as automatically included.
